The Board of Directors ("Board") of ATTA has on 1 March 2023 announced that the combination of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee into a single committee known as "Nomination and Remuneration Committee".
The rationale for the combination of the two (2) Board Committees is to lessen administrative and regulatory burdens and to enhance the efficiency of the Board Committees in discharging their duties and responsibilities.
The composition of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee are as follows (before the combination):-
Note: * Mr. Sudesh A/L K.V. Sankaran has ceased to be the Chairman of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively in conjunction with his retirement as Independent Non-Executive Director on 14 December 2022. According to the Terms of Reference, the Company is given 3 months to fulfill the vacancy.
