We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 16 November 2021, 17 November 2021, 22 November 2021, 14 March 2022, 16 August 2022 and 14 December 2022.
The Company wishes to announce that Seacera Porcelain Sdn. Bhd. ("SPSB" or "the Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) had received the approval letter from Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Perak ("PPTGP") today for the purchase and transfer of the Land from the Vendor to AT Glove Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("the Purchaser").
The PPTGP approval constitutes the Conditions Precedent in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") as per Section 5.1 of the announcement dated 16 November 2021.
Pursuant to the above, all the Conditions Precedent stated in the SPA have been met with the fulfilment of the Condition Precedent i.e. the consent to transfer from PPTGP and the SPA is deemed completed and become unconditional.
