Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 October 2021, 2 December 2021, 1 July 2022, 13 October 2022, 14 November 2022, 16 December 2022, 3 January 2023 and 3 February 2023 with regards to the above matter.
On behalf of the Board of Insas, M&A is pleased to announce that SC had vide its letter dated 2 March 2023 granted its approval under subparagraph 4.08(1)(a) of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions to Insas and its persons acting in concert from the obligation to undertake a mandatory take-over offer to acquire all the remaining SYF Shares not already owned by them upon completion of the Proposed M&A Disposal.
