Reference is made to Ralco Corporation Berhad's ("RCB" or "the Company") announcements dated 12 April 2019, 24 May 2019, 18 June 2019, 19 July 2019, 5 August 2019, 11 September 2019, 7 October 2019 and 30 October 2019 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that during the Case Management on 25 November 2019, the High Court Judge has fixed the next Case Management on 20 January 2020 for the parties to inform the status of the appeal at the Court of Appeal.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
