The Board of Directors of Ivory Properties Group Berhad  ("the Company") wishes to inform the Exchange that in conjunction with the demise of Mr. Loh Chye Teik (“Late Mr. Loh”) on 25 August 2019, the Ordinary Resolution 7 in relation to the retention of the Late Mr. Loh as an Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED") and to continue to act as an INED of the Company as stated in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting (“14th AGM”) of the Company be hereby withdrawn and will not be put forward for voting.

The Company will inform the members of the withdrawal of the said Ordinary Resolution 7 during the 14th AGM accordingly.

The Board would like to record its appreciation for the invaluable contributions made by the Late Mr. Loh as a Director of the Company during his tenure.

A copy of the notice of the 14th AGM is attached for ease of reference.
