The Board of Directors of GFM Services (‘the Buyer”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 March 2023 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Ahmad Nasri Bin Abdul Gani (“Seller”) (“the Parties”) for the acquisition of 100 ordinary shares in AASB constituting 100% of its entire issued share capital (“Sale Shares”) for the development of a Rest & Service Area (“RSA”) in Karak, Bentong along Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway for the purchase consideration of RM9,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Nine Million only) (“Purchase Consideration”) (“the Acquisition”).
