We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2022, 27 December 2022, 11 January 2023, 2 February 2023 and 24 February 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 March 2023, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 28 April 2023 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements for the issuance of the circular to its shareholders in relation to the Proposals.
