Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, K. Seng Seng Corporation Berhad (“KSSC” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that as at 17 March 2023, the aggregate value of quoted securities acquired by the Company that has not been announced for the preceding twelve (12) months has exceeded 5% of the Company’s latest audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2021.
