Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 08 March 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
 
During the case management this morning by e-review, the Court has given directions to the filing of affidavits and submissions with regard to the Plaintiff’s Originating Summons dated 03.03.2023 (“Enclosure 1”). The Court has fixed the Case management (by e-review) on 31.05.2023 before the Senior Assistant Registrar and the hearing is fixed on 20.06.2023 at 9.00 am before the learned Judge.

Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
