On behalf of the Board of Directors of Asia Poly ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 March 2023 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Cyprium Capital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ta Win Holdings Berhad, for the proposed disposal of the entire 15% equity interest in Cyprium Wire Technology Sdn Bhd for a disposal consideration of RM12.00 million to be satisfied entirely in cash ("Proposed Disposal"). Further details of the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment enclosed.
