We refer to the announcements dated 5 October 2021, 11 October 2021, 14 October 2021, 31 March 2022, 24 June 2022 and 27 December 2022 in relation to the Share Sale Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors' of MQ Tech wishes to announce that MQ Tech and Lee Khoon Eng had mutually agreed to further extend the SSA Cut-Off Date from 25 March 2023 to 24 June 2023 for the parties to obtain/ fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the SSA.
