Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that the Attorney General’s Chambers has served a copy of the Record of Appeal which was received by PNMSSB's solicitors, on behalf of PNMSSB, on 24 March 2023.

The Court of Appeal has fixed the case management for the Appeal on 26 April 2023.
