The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that the Court has given directions during today's case management on the filing of affidavits and submissions with regard to the Plaintiffs' Originating Summons dated 09.03.2023 ("Enclosure 1"). The Court has fixed the hearing date for Enclosure 1 on 11.05.2023 at 9.00 am.
