We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 20 October 2022 (“Announcement”) and 15 March 2023 in relation to the Acquisitions. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply in this announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Property SPA, Asset SPA and Shares SPA have been completed today following the respective payment of the balance consideration of GBP8,640,000 (equivalent to RM47,070,720), GBP1 (equivalent to RM5) and GBP225,000 (equivalent to RM1,225,800).
As such, the Acquisitions have been completed on 3 April 2023. BIM is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlan and Atlan is the owner of the Property and the existing assets and liabilities which relates to the Property’s operations.
