We refer to the Company's announcements dated 11 January 2022, 10 February 2022, 4 April 2022, 13 July 2022, 7 September 2022 and 15 November 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Court has on 29 March 2023 directed parties to file their respective expert reports by 17 April 2023 and the subsequent reply by 18 May 2023. The parties are to then file their respective Convergence and Divergence report as well as witness statements by 2 June 2023. No changes are made to the original trial dates fixed on 19 June 2023 to 22 June 2023 and 26 June 2023 to 28 June 2023.
