Reference is made to the first announcement dated 28 February 2018 by Daya Materials Berhad for being classified as a PN17 Issuer followed by the subsequent announcements made on the updates and developments on the Regularisation Plan.
The Board of Directors of PGB wishes to announce that further to the monthly PN17 announcement on 2 March 2023, there has been no material development on the PN17 status as previously announced by the Company.
The Company shall announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
