Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 08 November 2022, 08 March 2023, 20 March 2023 and 28 March 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of Classita is pleased to announce that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement without any admission of liability of the above matter and consent judgment has been recorded this morning. 

As the suit is now concluded, the cross-examination of Ting Yi En which was supposed to take place on 15 June 2023 and the hearing of the summary judgment on 23 June 2023 have been vacated.
