The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that the above matter was fixed for case management this morning.
The Court fixed the next case management on 20 April 2023 for parties to take instruction on whether to transfer the above matter to the Court hearing the Shah Alam High Court Suit No. BA-22NCC-133-10/2022 ("Suit 133").
