We refer to the announcement made on 31 March 2017 in relation to the application for extension of time up to 30 September 2017 to submit the regularisation plan to the authorities (“Application”). On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had on 20 April 2017 rejected the Application. The Company will deliberate on its next course of action and further announcement will made in due course. This announcement is dated 20 April 2017. |
