(b) Exercise price of options offered: RM0.02 each

(c) Number of options offered: 59,000,000

(d) Market price of LAMBO’s shares on the date of the offer: RM0.02

(e) Number of options offered to Directors of LAMBO: Nil

(f) Vesting period of options offered: The options shall be exercisable from the date of acceptance of the options for 30 days
