All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Autocount Dotcom Berhad dated 14 April 2023.

Applications for the IPO Shares will open at 10.00 a.m. on 14 April 2023 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2023. 

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia, and make the relevant announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
