The Board of Directors of Southern Cable wishes to inform that Southern Cable intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Berhad's website in due course.
