The Board of Directors of Infoline Tec Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that it has recommended a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 1.38 sen per Ordinary Share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022, which will be tabled at the forthcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The Entitlement Date and Payment Date in respect of the proposed final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
