The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to inform that the Court has fixed the Hearing of the Committal Proceedings against Loh Ming Choon, Wong Siaw Puie, Sin Hock Min, Mohamad Hanafiah bin Zakaria and Koo Chen Yeng (“the Former Directors") on 30 November 2023.
