We refer to our announcements dated 25 January 2017, 2 February 2017, 13 February 2017, 15 June 2017, 16 August 2018, 25 October 2018, 5 March 2019, 31 May 2019, 11 October 2019, 4 November 2019, 13 November 2019, 12 December 2019, 12 February 2020, 27 July 2020, 4 August 2020, 16 October 2020, 15 December 2020, 25 February 2021, 4 March 2021, 10 March 2021, 10 November 2021, 28 April 2022 and 7 October 2022 of which the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of PDZ wishes to announce that, as updated and informed by Messrs. Mohd Latip & Associates, the solicitors of the Company on 25 April 2023, the parties have completed the settlement and the Company has received RM390,000.00 pursuant to the amicable settlement reached which was recorded as a Consent Judgment dated 21 March 2023. In that Consent Judgment dated 21 March 2023, the parties shall withdraw all matters in relation to the suit without the liberty to file afresh.
