Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Radium Development Berhad dated 27 April 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 27 April 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 16 May 2023.

In the event there are any changes to the timetable, we will advertise a notice of the extension in a widely circulated Bahasa Malaysia and English daily newspaper in Malaysia.
