A first interim single tier dividend of 8 sen per stock unit and a special single tier dividend of 2 sen per stock unit in respect of the financial year ending 31 August 2023 were paid on 31 January 2023. 

The Directors of the Company has resolved that no further interim dividend is declared in respect of the second financial quarter and six months period ended 28 February 2023.
