NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a final single tier dividend of 10 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on 6 July 2023 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business on 23 June 2023.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 22 Jun 2023
2)  The last date of lodgment : 23 Jun 2023
3)  Date Payable : 06 Jul 2023
