Preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88) per Class B Islamic Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS-i B") for the period from 1 January 2019 up to and including 30 June 2019.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 30 Aug 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 3 Sep 2019
3)  Date Payable : 26 Sep 2019

Remarks:-  (Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the abridged prospectus dated 30 November 2017 in relation to the Rights Issue of RCPS-i B.) No preferential dividend will be payable in respect of the RCPS-i B for which conversion notices have been submitted to the Share Registrar of the Company, on or before 26 August 2019 by 5.00 p.m.. The Company declares a preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88 per RCPS-i B) for the period from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019 (both dates inclusive).
