Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 30 June 2022 ("First Announcement"), 19 August 2022, 01 September 2022, 03 October 2022, 01 November 2022, 01 December 2022, 03 January 2023, 02 February 2023, 01 March 2023 and 03 April 2023 in relation to the Company triggering paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”) whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations and is considered as an affected listed Issuer.

The Board of Directors of ACME wishes to inform that the Company is still evaluating on the options available to regularise the Company’s affected listed corporation status. 

The Company has approximately 2 months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
