Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 April 2019 (First Announcement), 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023 and 3 April 2023 respectively.
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 8 December 2022, granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months up to 24 April 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Company had on 20 April 2023, announced that an application has been made to Bursa Securities in relation to waiver application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a waiver to submit a regularisation plan and an upliftment of Seacera’s PN 17 status.
The Company will make the necessary annoucement in due course if there are further developments in relation to the said application.
