The Board of Directors of EMICO wishes to announce that Emico Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 03 May 2023 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Permodalan Kedah Berhad [Registration No. 199401001883 (287561-V)] for the purchase of 20% equity interest in PKB-Operasi Tembaga Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199601000244 (372589-U)] for a total consideration of RM3,605,829.44.
