We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the NVIDIA Shares.

NVIDIA-C1 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 5 December 2022 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. NVIDIA-C1 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2022 and the Term Sheet dated 5 May 2023.

NVIDIA-C1 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of NVIDIA-C1 is set out in the attachment.
