Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Cloudpoint Technology Berhad dated 9 May 2023.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 9 May 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2023.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will make an announcement on Bursa Securities website and advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia.
