The Board of Directors of SNC (“Board”) wishes to announce that Len Cheong Industries Sdn Bhd (“Len Cheong”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 9 May 2023 entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Evergreen More Sdn Bhd (“EMSB”) to set forth the intentions and commitments to establish a collaboration to undertake the mixed-use development project worth RM1.75 billion known as “Meswara City” at Alor Gajah, Melaka on the Development Lands (as defined in Section 2 of this announcement) (“Project”).
