Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 November 2017. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Company wishes to announce that during the case management held on 10 May 2023, the Appellant had withdrawn the appeal against the Respondent's application to strike out the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 4 April 2022 via a Notice of Discontinuance dated 10 May 2023 in light of the fact that both Appellant and Respondent have achieved a full and final settlement.
