The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad (“KIMLUN” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had on 9 May 2023 accepted the award of 2 contracts from Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd pertaining to main building works for 78 units of shop offices and a shopping mall with facilities, in the Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor (“the Projects”). The aggregate contract value of the two contracts is Ringgit Malaysia Ninety-Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Only (RM94,500,000).

The aforesaid projects are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.

The Projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contracts.
