We refer to the Company’s announcements from 20 January 2020 to 13 January 2023 pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Announcements”). The Board of Directors of SESB wishes to announce that the Parties had on 11 May 2023 mutually agreed to further extend the date to execute the Acquisition Agreement and the Due Diligence Period from 15 April 2023 to 15 September 2023.
