Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Synergy House Berhad dated 12 May 2023. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 12 May 2023 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2023.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise a notice of change in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia and will also announce it on Bursa Securities website accordingly.
