Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 6 January 2023, 17 January 2023, 24 February 2023 and 10 March 2023 in relation to the Rights Issue.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 15 May 2023 executed the following:

(i) a deed poll constituting the Warrants C (“Deed Poll C”) pursuant to the Rights Issue; and

(ii) an underwriting agreement with TA Securities and Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd (“Malacca Securities”), (collectively, the “Joint Underwriters”), to underwrite 200,000,000 Rights Shares based on the issue price of RM0.10 each to arrive at RM20.00 million pursuant to the Rights Issue (“Underwriting Agreement”).

A copy of the Deed Poll C and Underwriting Agreement will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at 51-21-A Menara BHL Bank, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 Pulau Pinang, during normal business hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for a period of 6 months from the date of this announcement.
