We refer to the Company’s latest announcement dated 21 February 2023 in relation to the Provision of Financial Assistance.
The Board of Directors of REDtone wishes to announce that the financial assistance to facilitate the issuance of the performance bond by the bank provided to Sprintz Designs Sdn. Bhd. by its wholly-owned subsidiary, REDtone Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. remains unchanged as at 31 March 2023 at RM910,000.
