The Board of Directors of EForce wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 May 2023 received a notice in writing dated 17 May 2023 given pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“CA 2016”) from Messrs. UHY on their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, Messrs. UHY term of office will end after 21 days from 7 June 2023. The resignation of Messrs. UHY is on a voluntary basis.

Save for the above, the Board of Directors of EForce wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of EForce.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new auditors is finalised by the Company.
