We refer to the earlier announcements dated 7 February 2023, 13 February 2023, 8 March 2023, 29 March 2023, 31 March 2023, 18 April 2023 and 18 May 2023 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that the conditions precedent of the SSA SMRE were fulfilled on 19 May 2023 and the Disposal Consideration has been effected in full on even date. Accordingly, the SSA SMRE has turned unconditional and the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 19 May 2023.
