Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 November 2022 and 21 February 2023 in relation to the MOA entered between PT WINN and NH EV TECH. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the MOA for a further period of six (6) months until 21 November 2023. Further announcement on the status of the MOA will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 19 May 2023. |
