Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 November 2022 and 21 February 2023 in relation to the MOA entered between MIMOS and NH EV TECH. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOA since the last announcement made on 21 February 2023. Further announcement on the status of the MOA will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 19 May 2023. |
