The Board of Directors of PGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has received the letter of resignation dated 22 May 2023 from its Auditors, Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (“BTMH”) informing of their resignation as Auditors of the Company.

The Board has been informed that the resignation is on a voluntary basis and the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

To this effect, the Company has appointed TGS TW PLT (“TGS”) as the new Auditors of the Company to fill the vacancy. TGS will audit the financial statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2023 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
