On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Vsolar’s existing number of 4,834,933,699 Shares will be consolidated into 161,158,039 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 24 May 2023.
