Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 October 2022 and 28 March 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that Enclosures 23 and 30 were fixed for hearings this morning.
In light of the Plaintiffs' application to transfer this suit to the Court hearing WA-23NCvC-78-10/2022 ("Enclosure 49"), the hearing for both Enclosures 23 and 30 is vacated pending disposal of Enclosure 49.
The Court has fixed the next case management date on 11 July 2023 to monitor the filing of affidavits for purposes of Enclosure 49 and to fix a hearing date.
