Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022 and 24 February 2023 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that the sales team was invited by MARii to participate in the “Malaysia Autoshow 2023 (“Autoshow 2023”) organised by MARii, held from 4 to 7 May 2023.
With participation by joining the exhibition booth with MARii in the Autoshow 2023, Pecca has the opportunity to promote the Company’s products to the luxury brands, the automotive OEM players and visitors who attended the Autoshow 2023.
