The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has approved to streamline the Audit Committee (“AC”) and Risk Management Committee (“RMC”) of the Company into a single committee to be known as the “Audit and Risk Management Committee” with effect from 25 May 2023. The streamlining of the AC and RMC is to better reflect the roles and responsibilities of AC in assisting the Board to oversee the risk management of the Group.

The Composition of Audit and Risk Management Committee shall be as follows:-

1. Mr Chan Seng Fatt - Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

2. Dato' Rosli bin Mohamed Nor- Member, Independent Non-Executive Director

3. Datin Goh Phaik Lynn - Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director
